The process
Following receipt of applications, longlisted candidates will be invited to preliminary interviews in the week beginning 13 March. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to face-to-face interviews on 3 & 4 April, which will include a presentation. Following this, there will be an informal opportunity for candidates to meet with the SLT and other staff between Thursday 6 April and Wednesday 12 April. A subsequent final interview is likely to be held on Friday 14 April (format tbc).
Making your application
Cadence Partners are using Applied, a new application platform developed by the Behavioural Insights Team, to record your application. Applied is focused on using behavioural and data science to improve hiring decisions and minimise unconscious bias in the recruitment process. You will be asked to respond to three questions which will allow you to express your match against the person specification.
Your answer to each question will be viewed in isolation, and reviewed against the job specification. Please therefore ensure there is enough evidence and detail in each individual response, without any references to your other answers.
NB: Whilst we are asking for your CV, please note that we will not be viewing your CV during the initial sift process. The selection panel will not have access to your CV, so it is therefore essential that you respond to each question fully.
